Website delivery and contact enquiries
When you visit this website, the web server processes technically necessary connection data, particularly the IP address, time, requested address, referrer, and browser and device information. Processing ensures secure and reliable delivery of the website and is based on legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Server logs are retained only for as long as necessary for operation and security. Information submitted in contact enquiries is processed to respond under Article 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR and deleted after completion, subject to statutory retention obligations.
Consent and the technically necessary cookie

It is integrated through Google Tag Manager. Its purpose is to analyse website usage statistically and improve our offering. Processed data may include visited pages, interactions, referrer, approximate region, and browser and device information. The sole legal basis is consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and Article 122 of the Italian Privacy Code. Advertising, remarketing, and personalisation features are disabled. Google Analytics may set the first-party cookies “_ga” and “_ga_<container-id>” for up to two years.
Recipients, retention and international transfers
Recipients are the hosting and IT providers acting for us and, after consent, Google Ireland Limited. User- and event-level data retention in Google Analytics is set to 14 months; aggregated reports may be retained for longer. For transfers to affiliated Google companies in the United States, Google states that it relies on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and, where necessary, Standard Contractual Clauses.
